Our Ministries
Adults
The First Baptist Church of Roanoke offers a variety of Sunday Bible Study classes during both the Traditional and Contemporary worship services (Please note, the age ranges mentioned below are only used as a guide to inform you, our visitor, of what average age range you can expect of the attendees of that specific class):

9:30 AM (During the Traditional Service)
  • Adults I - adults and couples from the 20s to the 30s
  • Adults II - adults and couples from the 30s to the 40s
10:45 AM (During the Contemporary Service)
  • Adults III - adults and couples 40s and over
  • Pacesetters - Ladies
  • Harvesters - senior adults
We encourage you to come visit our church on Sunday and attend one of our worship services and choose a Bible Study class you believe will work best for you. In addition to regular Sunday Bible Study, FBC Roanoke also offers a wide variety of activites hosted by the Men's and Women's ministries.

Men's Ministry

The purpose of the Men's Ministry at FBC Roanoke is to encourage men to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Our men are focused on honoring Jesus, loving their families, and serving the church. The Men's Ministry strives to provide opportunities that will promote fellowship among the men through activities such as camping, fishing, Father/Son activities, and many more!

Women's Minstry

FBC Roanoke offers many opportunities for women to learn and grow together in godliness and to reach and serve in the Roanoke community. Through various retreats, community activities, and general fellowship, we hope that you will find FBC Roanoke to be a great environment for establishing new friendships that will enable you to develop in your own relationship with Jesus while sharing in each other's joys and struggles as you seek to understand what it means to be the kind of woman God has called you to be.
