committment to providing quality service and responsible use of all information stored and presented through our website. The

When you visit any page within our site, our Web server will automatically recognize the domain name through which you visit our
site as well as any referring url that was used to reach us. In addition, aggregate information related to what pages visitors and
members access and the frequency with which they are accessed will also be collected by our Web Server.
The information we collect automatically through our Web server is used by our staff to analyze the overall traffic our site
receives in order to identify areas of improvement and ensure an uninterrupted level of service to all of our visitors and members.

From time to time, visitors and members will have the ability to provide personal information (name, email address, phone, etc.)
in order to register for online benefits such as email updates and newsletters, or contact us for job opportunities, prayer requests
and other reasons. In regards to this user-provided information, FBC Roanoke does not and will not ever sell, share or in any way
distribute this information to the public. This information is used for internal purposes only in order to improve the content of
our site, customize the visitor's/member's experience on the site, and notify them of updated information related to our site and
the First Baptist Church of Roanoke in general.
Cookies/Session Data
"Cookies/Session Data" refers to any information temporarily created and stored on your computer for the purpose of allowing you
to better communicate and interact with various features within our site. Cookies are required for members wishing to access pages
available only to logged in users, but in the case of other public pages, cookies may potentially be used to store settings

Information Disclosure to Users
Members wishing to view their current information as it is stored on our site may visit the Members Area by logging in with the
username and password they provided during registration, and then clicking the link for "My Profile". From here, members can edit or
remove any information they choose in accordance with the terms of use to which they agreed when registering.
